30-day refund policy

Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing paul@getfieldkit.ai. Include your purchase email and receipt or order reference so we can locate your payment. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the credit appears.

Your purchase

The Café Profit & Shift Kit costs $69 USD once. There is no subscription. It includes an offline HTML toolkit and four narrated MP4 lessons, delivered as a ZIP download after successful payment. Open START-HERE.html in a modern desktop browser. No physical product is shipped.

License

You may customize and reuse the kit within your own coffee and tea business, including staff training. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly post the kit or its templates.

Delivery and support

Save your confirmation-page link privately for future downloads. Automatic email delivery is not included. If you lose access, email paul@getfieldkit.ai with your receipt. Refunded purchases lose access to future downloads.

Privacy

Tool entries remain on your device; the offline kit does not upload them. Stripe processes payment information. We use purchase details and information you send to support to verify orders, restore access and handle refunds. Do not send card details to support.
